All Navy Birds Grounded

Because of an unusually high number of accidents, the Navy will keep all aircraft on the ground for half a day next week for safety review.

The navy said it will use the time to refocus on safety, risk management and other procedures.

Not all aircraft will be down at the same time, the navy said, squadrons will have to complete the review by the end of the week.
