Court: Military has Right to Recruit on Campus

The U.S. Supreme Court has unanimously ruled that military recruiters must be allowed on any college campus receiving federal funds.

Reuters reports: "The high court upheld as constitutional a federal law dating back to 1994 that allows the government to withhold money from universities that deny military recruiters the same access to campuses given to other employers."

Sounds fair, as long as military recruiters abide by the rules.
