CIA scapegoat?

Published reports maintain the the CIA will not pursue criminal charges against the woman fired last week for allegedly leaking information to a report about their secret prisons.

The word is that the CIA would have to reveal more secret information to prove that she is guilty. We may never know the real reason.

Strange how they could locate a leaker so quickly, when they haven't found out who leaked the information about Valerie Plame.
