Texas suspends controversial 'Operation Last Call'

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission has put an end to its controversial undercover program of entering bars and arresting all the drunks they could find.

We have it on good authority that President Bush did NOT tell them he wouldn't come back to Texas if the program continued. What he said is he wouldn't allow his staff to go back to Texas. The White House bail fund is running rather low.
