'Creed of Greed'

A. Alexander at The Progressive Daily makes some interesting points on the "Creed of Greed" of the Conservative movement.

Exerpt:
Conservatives have convinced America that it is unacceptable for government to spend tax revenue helping citizens and yet, Conservatives see no problem with providing large taxpayer-funded incentives to mega-corporations.

According to Conservatives it is unacceptable for government to help a poor mother of three pay her heating bill, but it is a good thing that government provides big oil producers with huge tax-breaks.

According to Conservatives it is unacceptable for government to help family farmers, but it is deliciously spectacular for government to subsidize corporate farming.
